REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSRochester Public Market Access, Mobility, and Development StudyThe Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) seeks proposals for consulting services to develop the Rochester Public Market Access, Mobility, and Development Study. The purpose of the study is to provide a comprehensive review of the various modes of transportation used at the Public Market and to investigate mixed-use development concepts for the market complex that will contribute to multimodal access.
